FourFlights

Why there's a service charge

FourFlights charges one small service fee — and we'd rather explain it plainly than bury it. Here's exactly what it is, what it pays for, and the promise that comes with it.

One price, shown from the start

The fee is already inside the price you see on the very first screen. We never tack it on at checkout. The first number you see is the number you pay — that's the whole point of FourFlights.

What your service fee pays for

Your price is locked

The total you see now is the total you'll pay. If the airline's fare goes up while you're booking, we cover the difference — not you.

A couple of honest limits: this covers normal fare rises up to a generous cap. It can't cover government taxes or currency changes set after you start, or cases where the airline changes the flight itself or sells out of this fare class. If that rare thing happens, we'll tell you right away and never quietly charge you more — you'll always choose first.

How we make money — plainly

Most booking sites quietly mark up the fare or hide fees in the fine print. We don't. We charge one clearly-shown service fee and pass the airline's fare through at cost. That's how FourFlights stays in business without playing games with your price.

Refunds

Cancel within 24 hours of booking (for trips booked at least 7 days before departure) and you get a full refund, including the service fee. If we can't issue your ticket for any reason on the airline's side, you get a full refund too. Refunds return to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
